Here's a front engine mount bracket that I made by modifying a stock 3800 mount from a '95 TransSport minivan. This bracket allows the use of the stock Fiero rubber mount without modifying the cradle.
A small dogbone at the top keeps the engine from rocking under load. This one is custom made and uses polyurethane bushings.
