Shipping
Most orders are shipped within two business days. Occasionally shipping times
may be longer. We will attempt to notify you if your order will be delayed
for any reason. Orders are shippied via UPS or USPS. Tracking numbers will be
provided for all shipments, and will be sent to the email address that you
provide when placing your order.
Backorders
Generally Fiero Addiction does not take orders for items that are not in stock.
If you do place an order for an item that is not in stock, you will be
notified. We will provide an approximate shipping date for the backordered
item(s) and you may choose to wait for the item or remove the item from your
order and receive a refund.
Store Pickup
Store pickups are welcome. Please contact us to make arrangements to pick up your items. We do not charge a shipping or handling fee on store pickups.
Returns
Returns are not accepted without prior approval from Fiero Addiction. If an
item is found to be defective, a refund or a replacement will be provided at Fiero
Addiction’s discretion.
